Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Fold in the chopped strawberries gently to preserve their shape.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
  4. Top with granola or nuts if using.
  5. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until solid.
