Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mixing

  2. In another bowl, mix the nut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Baking
  1. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
