Preparation

  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.

  4. Stir in cocoa powder, oat flour, baking soda, and salt to form a smooth batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Cool completely, then slice into 9 brownies.
