- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Stir in cocoa powder, oat flour, baking soda, and salt to form a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the center is set.
- Cool completely, then slice into 9 brownies.
Notes
For best texture, ensure bananas are well-mashed and allow brownies to cool completely before slicing. Can be made ahead and stored for up to 5 days in the fridge or frozen for 2 months.
