Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook for 2 minutes, then add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned and no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks.
  4. Stir in sliced bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Add tomato paste, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper and stir to coat evenly.
  6. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat and garnish with parsley if desired.
