  • 1 head Broccoli Cut into florets.
  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang Korean fermented chili paste.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Helps loosen gochujang and promotes crisping.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Fresh minced for flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper Ground, for background heat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets and place them in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix gochujang, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the gochujang mixture over the broccoli and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roasting
  1. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and tender.
  2. Serve hot as a side dish.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon or sesame seeds before serving. For storage, keep in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 2-3 days.
