Preparation
  1. Prepare your workspace by laying out parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. Slice bananas into thick pieces, about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
Melting Chocolate
  1. Melt the dark chocolate slowly using a microwave or double boiler until glossy.
  2. Dip each banana slice in the melted chocolate, coating it mostly, and place it on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
