Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- If using, gently fold in the mixed berries.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before slicing into squares.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. Can be reheated in the microwave or oven for a quick breakfast.
