  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook chicken in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  6. Stir in the chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  8. Serve the creamy chicken over cooked rice.
