Preparation
  1. Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
  2. Flatten each cinnamon roll with a rolling pin.
  3. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle it over the flattened cinnamon roll.
  4. Roll each cinnamon roll up tightly.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  6. Dip each rolled-up cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, ensuring it's well coated.
  7. Place the roll-ups on the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. Serve warm with maple syrup.

Notes

These roll-ups store well for a day or two in an airtight container. Reheat in a low oven for best results.
