- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Place the chicken mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until golden and firm.
- Remove from the oven and add pizza sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
