Toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, Italian herb mix, and blend until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture onto it; spread into a thin circle.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Topping and Final Bake
  1. Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread pizza sauce over the baked flatbread, top with grated cheese and pepperoni.
  3. Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
