- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas. Stir fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well, allowing it to sizzle.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
Great served with steamed rice or noodles; can also be enhanced with tofu or chicken for additional protein.
