Method
 

Browning the Meat
  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Sautéing Aromatics
  1. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the pot and sauté until soft.
Adding Ingredients
  1. Stir in black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and broth.
Simmering
  1. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
