Dressing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse and slice the strawberries.
  2. Spin or pat the mixed greens dry.
  3. Toast walnuts in a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes if using.
Assembly
  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced strawberries, and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. If using, add walnuts for extra crunch.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss gently and serve immediately.

Notes

Dress the salad just before serving to maintain crispness. Store components separately if making ahead.
