Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add the cooked sausage, diced potatoes, and cheese to the egg mixture; stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until eggs are set and the top is golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole is forgiving. Small imperfections in texture are normal, and the dish still tastes great. Serve warm with a green salad, fruit, or toasted bread.
