- In another bowl, mix oats, almond flour (or protein powder), and salt.
Combine Mixtures
- Gradually combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture until well blended.
Shape Bites
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
- Place the bites on a parchment-lined tray.
Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
These bites store well in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Enjoy them cold or allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes for softer oats.
