Preparation
  1. In a slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  2. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and green onions before serving.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is softened before mixing to avoid lumps. You can use a low oven if a slow cooker is not available, but keep the heat gentle to prevent cheese from separating.
