For the mixture
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full fat) Gives richness and creamy mouthfeel.

  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter Adds creaminess and indulgence.
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup Softens the tang of yogurt and enhances sweetness.
For the coating
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Creates a crisp shell over the bites.
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil Helps the chocolate melt smoothly.
For topping (optional)
  • to taste Flaky sea salt Enhances flavor with a salty-sweet contrast.

Method
 

Mixing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup.
  2. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Forming and Freezing
  1. Line a plate or small tray with parchment paper.
  2. Scoop the mixture into about six evenly sized bites and place them on the tray.
  3. Freeze for 10–20 minutes until firm.
Melting Chocolate
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in short bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
Dipping and Chilling
  1. Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate to coat.
  2. Optionally, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
  3. Place the coated bites back on the tray and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate sets completely.

Notes

These bites are best served cold or slightly softened. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for several days or freeze for longer storage.
