Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Mixing
- Add the cocoa powder, protein powder, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt to the mashed bananas.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
Let the bread cool for at least 20-30 minutes to set properly for slicing. This bread can also be frozen for longer storage.
