Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips and honey if using.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon, drop bite-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Freezing
- Freeze for at least 1-2 hours until solid.
- Once frozen, transfer bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
Notes
Keep the bites similar in size for even freezing. For families with little ones, spooning is a fun job for kids. Use parchment paper between layers if stacking to prevent sticking.
