Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  2. Stir in rolled oats and protein powder until well combined.
  3. If desired, mix in chocolate chips.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons each) and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
