Preparation
  1. Slice bananas thinly, aiming for 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness.
  2. In a bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar until combined.
  3. Toss banana slices in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Spray lightly with cooking spray if desired.
Cooking
  1. Set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  2. Look for light golden brown edges and a dry surface.
  3. Let the chips cool before serving to achieve maximum crispiness.

Notes
