- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cocoa powder (if using), and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Notes
For best results, use room-temperature cottage cheese, and scrape the sides of the blender during blending to ensure a smooth texture. If the mousse is too thick, add a splash of milk.
