- In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, dark chocolate chips, cocoa powder, milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Transfer the mousse to individual serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
Notes
This mousse can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. To speed the chilling process, place serving bowls in an ice bath.
