  • 2 pieces whole wheat tortillas Or use spinach/tomato basil wraps for flavor variation.
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or zesty dressing A drizzle adds moisture and flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Essential for flavor enhancement.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the mashed avocado with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Spread the avocado mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small margin at the far edge.
  3. Layer the sliced chicken, lettuce, tomato, and red onion over the avocado.
  4. Drizzle with Greek yogurt or zesty dressing.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  6. Cut in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For best texture, serve immediately. Keep wet ingredients separate until just before serving if packing for later. You can prepare chicken and keep it refrigerated for 3-4 days.
