- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, and Greek yogurt if using.
- Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve in lettuce wraps, as a tuna melt, or with your favorite crackers.
Notes
The salad can be prepared ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for a couple of days. Adjust the buffalo sauce to your preference.
