Method
 

Preparation
  1. Steam or boil the broccoli florets until tender. Drain and chop finely.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, beaten eggs, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Scoop a small amount of the mixture and shape it into patties.
Baking
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Notes

Serve warm from the oven with plain yogurt, a squeeze of lemon, or alongside a salad. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Freeze before cooking if preferred.
