Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Chop vegetables, grate cheese, and warm pre-cooked meats.
  3. Whisk eggs and milk until smooth and slightly frothy.
Assembly
  1. Spread base starch in a baking dish.
  2. Layer or evenly distribute vegetables, meats, and cheese.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the layered fillings.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes until the center is set and golden on top.
  2. Rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Cool completely before refrigerating. Store in an airtight container for 3–4 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
