  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs These give the desired crunch.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Adds richness and helps the coating stick.
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce Provides sweetness and tang.
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce Adds heat; can be adjusted for preference.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For depth of flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Basic seasoning.
  • Oil spray (for air frying) Helps achieve a crispy coating.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each salmon piece in the sauce, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with oil and place salmon bites in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve with remaining sauce for dipping.

Notes

For less heat, reduce sriracha; for a different texture, mix in crushed cornflakes or rice cereal. Can also be cooked in a hot oven or skillet if no air fryer is available.
