Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place each salmon fillet on a piece of foil.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Top with lemon slices.
  5. Fold the foil around the salmon to create a packet.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.

Notes
